We do not publish a fixed price per job, because the same symptom can be a cable or a board. What is fixed is the order things happen in: the diagnosis is free, you get a written price for labour and parts before anything is opened, and nothing is charged if you decide not to go ahead.
Message or call the repairs line and say what the machine is doing. Some faults we can rule in or out before you travel.
Bring the machine in with its charger, and the invoice or serial number if you have it. The serial is what tells us whether a manufacturer warranty is still running, in which case a repair here may not be the right answer.
We diagnose it free and come back with the fault, the price for labour and parts, and how long it will take.
You approve the price or you do not. Nothing is charged for the diagnosis either way.
