Each range is read from our own catalogue rather than quoted as a guide price. These are the figures as at 12 September 2026.
New means sealed stock from the manufacturer or their distributor, with the full manufacturer warranty. Refurbished and open-box have been tested and graded by us and are priced below new. UK-used, which is what most of the market means by second-hand, is an imported machine that has had a previous owner. We label the condition on the product card before you add anything to a cart, and we never sell a used machine as new.
Check the serial number against the manufacturer's own warranty tool before you pay. HP, Dell and Lenovo each publish one, and it will tell you the model, the build date and whether cover is still running. Every new machine we sell has a serial that checks out, an invoice carrying it, and the original box and accessories. If a serial does not resolve, that is a machine to walk away from, here or anywhere.
You get one accountable seller. The price on the page is the price, the condition is stated before checkout, the invoice carries the serial number, and if the machine fails there is a repair desk and a showroom address to bring it back to. A marketplace listing is a different trader each time, with no warranty path once the money has moved. Our showroom is on Kodesoh Street in Ikeja, minutes from Computer Village, and you are welcome to test a machine before buying it.
For coursework, email and browsing, a current-generation Core i3 or i5 with 8GB and an SSD is enough, and it leaves budget for the warranty. For office and finance work, an i5 or i7 business laptop with 16GB. For design, engineering, CAD or video, a workstation or a gaming machine with a discrete GPU and 16GB or more. Tell us the job and the budget and we will say whether one of the cheaper options will do, because usually one of them will.
Contact us as soon as you notice, keeping the box, accessories, serial labels and invoice so the item can be inspected. Where goods are defective, unsafe or materially different from their description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018, and that is what you get. A change-of-mind return on correctly supplied, non-defective goods is at our discretion and may be refused, particularly for activated software and opened consumables. Diagnostics are free, so nobody pays to be told what is wrong. Once you have the diagnosis and a quote, most jobs turn around in about two days, and we fit genuine parts only. The desk handles hardware repair, software installation, data recovery and upgrades, and the same spare parts are on the site if you would rather order the part and fit it yourself.
We deliver anywhere in Nigeria and dispatch within 12 to 24 hours of payment clearing. Pay by debit or credit card or by bank transfer at checkout. Checkout needs an account, so your order, warranty and invoice stay attached to you rather than to an email address we cannot verify. The most expensive mistake in Nigerian tech retail is a machine that turns out not to be what the box said. We sell sealed, genuine stock from the manufacturers we are authorised to carry, HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer and Microsoft among them, and every new machine ships with its full manufacturer warranty.
When something is second-hand, refurbished or open-box, the card says so before you add it to the cart, and it is priced accordingly. Nothing here is dressed up as new. That is the whole of our approach to stocking a shop, and it is why our refurbished stock sells as fast as the new.
