Purchase and customer policies

The rules that apply when you browse, order, pay, take delivery, request support, or share content with Blessing Computers.

Effective 2026-09-04. Blessing Computers trades from No 15, Kodesoh Street, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria. Nigerian consumer law applies where it gives you stronger rights.

A plain-language baseline

This policy explains our current process. It does not remove any right or remedy that Nigerian law gives you. If a term conflicts with applicable law, the law controls.

Before you buy

Check the product name, specification, condition, compatibility, quantity, availability, warranty information, delivery method, and items total before ordering. Ask us before paying if a specification or compatibility point matters to your intended use.

We identify used, refurbished, open-box, or reconditioned goods where sold as such. Photographs may show props or accessories that are not included. The written listing and order confirmation identify what you are buying.

Orders and prices

Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. Your order is a request to buy. We may contact you to confirm stock, price, specification, delivery cost, or a suspected error before acceptance and dispatch.

The checkout items total covers the listed goods, taxes, and applied discounts. It excludes a dispatch charge where checkout says delivery will be quoted separately. We will obtain your approval for that charge before dispatch. If a material price or product detail changes, we will tell you before proceeding. You may reject the change and receive any refund required by law.

Promotions and coupons may have stated dates, product limits, quantities, or stacking rules. They cannot remove statutory rights.

Payments

Use only the payment account or gateway shown during checkout or in an authenticated order. A transfer receipt records a payment claim; it does not prove that cleared funds reached us. We verify the amount and transaction reference before treating a transfer as paid.

Payment processors may apply their own security checks. We do not ask for card PINs, passwords, one-time passcodes, or full card details through chat, email, or WhatsApp. Contact us at once if someone asks for them in our name.

Duplicate or excess payments will be checked and returned or applied as agreed. A chargeback, reversal, or disputed transfer may pause fulfilment while the payment provider confirms the facts.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery estimates are estimates unless we expressly agree a fixed date. We use the address and contact details on the order. Customers must provide safe, complete, and accurate information and ensure that an authorized person can receive the goods.

Inspect the package and item as soon as reasonably possible. Report missing, damaged, incorrect, or tampered goods promptly and keep the packaging, receipt, photographs, and delivery records. Signing for delivery does not waive a hidden-defect claim.

Store-pickup orders are released after the required payment checks and reasonable identity or order verification. Ownership and risk pass as provided by applicable law and the agreed delivery arrangement.

Preorders

A preorder concerns an item we may need to source. It becomes confirmed only after we agree the item, total price, payment terms, and deadline with you. A commitment fee is the first payment when it is less than the full price. Full payment does not mean fulfilment; fulfilment occurs when you receive the item.

We disclose material changes before proceeding. Price revisions must not silently replace agreed terms. Cancellation and refund treatment depends on work already performed, money paid, any reasonable disclosed charge, and Nigerian law.

Cancellations

Ask to cancel as soon as possible. An order that has not been dispatched or specially sourced is easier to stop. For an advance order or reservation, we may deduct only a reasonable, disclosed cancellation charge where the law permits it. We will explain any proposed deduction first.

We may cancel for unavailable stock, an obvious pricing or description error, failed payment verification, suspected unlawful activity, or an address we cannot safely serve. If we cancel after receiving valid payment, we will return the amount due unless you lawfully agree another resolution.

Returns and refunds

Contact us within a reasonable time if goods are unsafe, defective, materially different from their description or sample, unsuitable for a purpose you told us about and we accepted, or delivered without a reasonable chance to inspect them. We will provide the repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy required by law.

Keep the goods, accessories, serial labels, packaging, proof of purchase, and supplied items in the condition reasonably needed for inspection. We may refuse a discretionary change-of-mind return for correctly supplied, non-defective goods, especially activated software, opened consumables, customized goods, or items damaged after delivery. This does not restrict a return required by law.

Approved refunds normally return through the original payment route where practical. We will confirm when we issue a refund and help trace a delay caused by a bank or payment provider.

Warranty and faults

A manufacturer or supplier warranty applies only where the listing, invoice, or warranty document says it does. Its length and exclusions may differ by product. A commercial warranty is separate from rights under Nigerian consumer law.

Back up your data before submitting equipment for inspection or repair. Unless the law provides otherwise, we are not responsible for data loss caused by an existing fault, normal diagnostic work, or a manufacturer repair process. We will not access personal files beyond what is reasonably needed to diagnose or test the device.

Repairs and business orders

Repairs, diagnostics, installation, enterprise supply, credit, and custom quotations may need separate written terms covering scope, access, timing, price, acceptance, and responsibility for customer equipment or data. Those agreed terms supplement this policy. This policy and mandatory consumer law control if they conflict.

A quotation is not a stock reservation or credit approval unless it expressly says so. We will identify any deposit, validity period, staged delivery, or cancellation charge before you accept.

Accounts and customer content

Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Do not bypass security, impersonate another person, upload unlawful material, or make a knowingly false payment claim.

Reviews, support messages, receipt images, and other content must be truthful and respect other people's rights. You keep ownership of your content. You allow us to store, review, and use it as reasonably needed to provide support, verify transactions, moderate public reviews, prevent abuse, and meet legal duties.

Privacy and cookies

Blessing Computers, at the address above, controls the personal data covered here. We use account details, addresses, order history, support conversations, reviews, device data, and payment evidence to perform contracts, answer requests, comply with law, secure the store, prevent abuse, and pursue legitimate business interests. We use consent where the law requires it, including for optional analytics or marketing.

Essential cookies support sign-in, carts, security, and preferences. Optional analytics should remain off until you consent where required. Payment, hosting, communications, analytics, delivery, and support providers receive only the data reasonably needed for their work. A provider may process data outside Nigeria; where that occurs, we require a lawful transfer basis and suitable protection.

We retain order, payment, complaint, and tax records for the period required by law and legitimate dispute needs. We keep account and support data while needed for service, security, or an active claim, then delete or anonymize it. You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Complaints and general terms

Email sales@blessingcomputers.com, call +234 706 490 1525, or visit No 15, Kodesoh Street, Ikeja, Lagos. Include your order reference, the issue, the outcome you want, and relevant records.

If we cannot resolve a consumer complaint, use the FCCPC complaint process. Privacy complaints may go to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Nigerian law governs these policies. Nothing excludes liability that the law does not permit us to exclude. We may update the policy prospectively. The version accepted for an order should remain attached to that order. Ask questions through our contact page before ordering.
